About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Design Lead to join our team at WorkSafe Victoria. This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced professional who has a passion for driving design excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex experience design projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective design methodologies to drive business success and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failure.
  • Mentor and develop junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end experience design projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply these skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as design, business, or human sciences.
