We are seeking a passionate and experienced F45 Head Coach to join our team. As a key member of our fitness community, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy group classes that motivate and inspire our clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
  • Deliver classes to the highest standards
  • Lead the team of trainers to deliver to the same standards
  • Build strong rapport with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Sales: Assist when required with new member sales
  • Assist with daily upkeep and cleanliness of the studio
Requirements:
  • 1+ Years' Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness preferred
  • Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified (Cert IV highly desirable)
  • Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives
  • Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
  • Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
  • Highly energetic and can build great rapport
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves
