We are seeking a seasoned fitness professional to join our team as an elite coach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-energy classes and driving sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging group training programs that meet the needs of diverse member groups.
  • Build strong relationships with members to drive results and retention through personalized coaching and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of social media content and local community engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance coaching, sales, and marketing skills.

Requirements:

  • Certified IV in Fitness (minimum) and current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Proven experience in group training or functional coaching with a focus on technical knowledge and movement coaching ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with natural sales ability.
  • Growth-minded and coachable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Marketing or social media experience highly regarded.
