About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our highly regarded Lady Gowrie team as Kindergarten Operations Administrator. In this role, you will provide operational support services for Lady Gowrie Branch and Affiliate Kindergartens, and provide professional day-to-day business support to the Kindergartens and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Kindergartens and Operations team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
  • Articulate and professional presentation
  • Administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and deliver to deadlines

Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
