Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Transport Specialist to join our team at our Sydney Site Services Distribution Centre. As a key member of our logistics function, you will be responsible for safely transporting equipment to and from customers, construction sites, and branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation services to customers, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
  • Demonstrate the safe use of equipment and instruct customers on its operation, including the use of QR codes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
  • Schedule daily deliveries and pickups efficiently, taking into account customer needs and site requirements.
  • Perform scanning, loading, and unloading of equipment, as well as load restraint and securing.
Requirements
  • A current MR License is essential for this role.
  • You will have knowledge of Chain of Responsibility principles and be able to apply them effectively.
  • Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to follow directions and ask questions to ensure understanding.
  • You will need to be comfortable using computers and mobile devices for email, internet, and basic transactional processing.
