We are seeking a visionary Early Childhood Leader to drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs and inspire a team of passionate educators through strong, values-driven leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery
    • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS)
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of educators through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the wellbeing, learning, and safety of every child in your care

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • A proven track record of leading early childhood education and care teams
  • A minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (pay commensurate on experience)
  • A demonstrated commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development
