The Morris Hotel is a newly refurbished venue in Perth, offering a unique pub experience to locals. As a management professional, you will have the opportunity to be part of a multi-million dollar transformation and help create a new identity for the hotel.

What You'll Do

  • Be a motivational and inspiring leader, bringing a positive can-do attitude to the team.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including open/close, recruitment and training, rostering, ordering & stock control, health and safety, and resolving disputes/conflicts.
  • Bring your passion for hospitality and lead the team to create a pub experience that locals love.
  • Be creative and develop and grow the business through your own initiatives, working alongside the venue manager to plan and execute functions, events, and key dates.

What You'll Need

  • Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food and bars.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
  • Operational experience in achieving financial and business targets.
  • Highly developed customer service skills.
  • Qualifications for your journey: RSA and Approved Managers Red Card.
