Our training programs are designed to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles. As a Master Heavy Vehicle Driving Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our drivers.
Job Description:
- Deliver safe and effective heavy vehicle driving instruction to prepare trainees for license upgrade (from C class to MR/HR, as applicable).
- Prepare lessons and provide instruction on all aspects of driving, including practical skills development.
- Coordinating and delivering a professional Driver induction training program (TLI31216 Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus).
- Driver education and performance development.
- Performing on-road driver assessments.
- Ensuring Training and Safety records are maintained.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent and Certificate IV Road Transport (TL141310) - Heavy Vehicle Driving Instruction
- MEDIUM RIGID LICENCE
- Certificate III in Driving Operations (TL131216)
- Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle and Passenger Transport legislation or ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge
- Knowledge of Safety Legislation or passion to rapidly acquire this knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Benefits:
