About the Role

We seek individuals who embody empathy, compassion, and a drive to provide exceptional care. Experience with challenging behaviors and de-escalation techniques is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany and support clients during daily activities
  • Assist with transfers, medications, meal preparation, grooming, dressing, and showering
  • Enhance clients' mobility
  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including cooking and cleaning
  • Support personal hygiene and grooming
  • Arrange social activities and provide companionship
Essential Requirements:
  • Valid NDIS Clearance and Police Check
  • Valid Working with Children's Check

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically capable, and have a passion for delivering person-centered care.
