Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Host to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide information on local area attractions and events
  • Complete all department-related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Utilize communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Meet with guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our resorts and via livestream
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the business
