Water Infrastructure Supervisor Opportunity

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day management and development of field staff across multiple projects in the relining sector.

Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project delivery, managing site activities relating to lining, cleaning & sealing, and supervising subcontractors.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in recruiting and managing self-performing teams with the ability to identify, proactively manage and increase skills of existing and new field staff
  • Knowledge of contractual requirements and project budgets
  • Ability to plan onsite works including people, plant, equipment, subcontractors and materials
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
