Water Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled Water Infrastructure Manager to join our team in creating the future of water management.

This key role involves managing relining crews and supervising field staff across multiple projects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

As a Water Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and field crews.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting, managing and developing teams, as well as leading site activities including lining, cleaning and sealing.

  • Proven track record in managing self-performing teams and proactively managing skills development
  • Experience in managing relining crews and supervising field staff
  • Ability to travel regularly across Regional NSW & ACT, working on diverse projects
