We are seeking a Prosthetic Specialist to support our customers and further develop and grow our prosthetics business.

The ideal candidate will be based in NSW but candidates from other states in Australia will be considered.

This is a full-time role that can be remote or hybrid depending on location.

  • Operate as the main contact for your territory for all prosthetics queries.
  • Create and execute business development and strategic planning to increase the company's footprint and deliver current and future growth targets.
  • Develop and execute innovative and practical prosthetic education training programs for our customers with the support of our Academy Lead.
  • Assist to develop information and reimbursement support resources for our products
  • Support product management and marketing initiatives; including new product launches
  • Monitor industry and competitor products and scientific reviews, presenting at scientific congresses and major commercial forums as required.
Responsibilities

The Prosthetic Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Creating and delivering training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
  • Supporting product management and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified prosthetist with clinical experience in fitting advanced technologies to lower and upper extremity amputees.
  • An excellent relationship builder with strong commercial acumen.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
