The Role

As the Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality and food safety systems across the business. This will involve:

  • Analysing consumer and customer complaints to identify trends and implement necessary improvements
  • Supporting corporate and site procedures and policies to ensure compliance with GFSI standards
  • Collaborating with sites and contract manufacturers to meet and exceed consumer expectations
  • Conducting internal audits to drive improvements and streamline business processes
  • Implementing and maintaining quality and food safety systems
  • Leading QMS improvements and updates

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, or a related discipline
  • Experience in food manufacturing
  • Strong quality systems and food safety program knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in QMS and quality systems positions in an FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Change management experience
  • Experience in implementing and developing a QMS
