Job Opportunity:

Small Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and deepen relationships with small businesses in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire, develop, and maintain long-term business partnerships with small companies
  • Provide comprehensive financial solutions including credit, deposits, and treasury services
  • Represent the organization in the community and proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Establish relationships with key influencers and referral sources
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution
  • Proven success in sales and sales management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday through Friday and may occasionally work evenings and weekends. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.
