We are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions-focused Employment Coach to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will achieve KPIs linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment, organise appropriate interventions and strategies, deliver high-quality recruitment and training services, and build relationships with employers and community groups.

The right person will possess excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills, be a team player, and have strong digital and administration skills.

They will work well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and have a positive and energetic attitude.
