Housekeeping Supervisor

Located in the heart of World Heritage wilderness, Pumphouse Point is a unique adults-only retreat poised mysteriously on Lake St Clair and surrounded by century-old myrtle forests. Our team connects holidaymakers with incredible natural destinations that offer more than a change of scenery.

We have a large team across our parks, resorts and support office who love what they do, all working together to make holiday magic. Creating unforgettable holidays is not just our job - it's in our nature.

In this role you'll balance working hands-on alongside your team with admin tasks such as ordering and stocktake.

This is a physically demanding role so you must be energetic and physically fit, with a resilient and positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook and mentor our dedicated team to prepare rooms for exceptional guest experience during their stay with us.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated passion to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience in housekeeping within the tourism/hospitality industry.
  • A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
  • Excellent time management and an eye for detail.
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
