We are seeking a skilled data architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing systems that scale, protect data quality, and support teams with data, reporting, and insights.
This role sits at the heart of our data operations, playing both architect and operator. The successful candidate will design systems that can handle diverse data types while ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
- Create flexible, scalable, and efficient data models that cater to diverse analytical and processing requirements.
- Write efficient queries, structure datasets for analytics, and troubleshoot performance issues in production environments.
- Design systems that scale and adapt to schema drift, late-arriving data, or inconsistent input format.
- Establish standards and automated processes to ensure data maintains accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout its lifecycle.
- Implement multi-layered security measures including encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect sensitive data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on data modeling, aggregation, and business intelligence.
- Proven ability to design and build efficient data models within a data warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and dimensional modeling.
- Expert-level SQL skills for complex data manipulation, querying, and aggregation.
