Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating the development and delivery of trade training provision to employees. They will provide technical expertise for the development and implementation of training packages, support the use of training systems, and maintain training and vocational competency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A mechanical trade qualification, preferably Heavy Diesel or similar, and a current Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS packages) and ability to learn new programs.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a supervisory tradesperson or minimum 2 years leading hand.
  • Broad mechanical and electrical knowledge in earthmoving or mining equipment, with minimum of 5 years practical post-trade experience.
