Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our Digital Operations team in Melbourne.

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive knowledge of task based automation and workflow systems. You should also be familiar with document assembly and automation platforms.
  • You will be required to demonstrate strong comprehension, critical thinking and attention to detail in your work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You will need to have good organisational and administrative ability, as well as excellent literacy and presentation skills.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in law or professional services firms. You should have a solid understanding of different areas of law and be able to critically assess and reverse engineer business processes to reduce friction, improve efficiency and deliver exceptional quality aligned to client expectations.
