Automation Specialist Job Description

This role plays a critical part in achieving our mission to empower individuals and communities through financial inclusion.

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for automation and technology to join our team as an Automation Specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing business processes and developing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for automation solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in automation and artificial intelligence.
