HSE Governance and Compliance Expertise Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in governance, risk, and compliance across People and Culture. As an HSE Governance and Compliance Associate, you will play a crucial part in preparing high-quality documents, board papers, and external disclosures that meet regulatory and strategic commitments.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating reporting logistics, drafting papers, and supporting documentation. You will also contribute to People & Culture and Safety Wellbeing and Sustainability initiatives, including external sustainability reporting and climate-related disclosures. This role requires strong reporting and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a consulting, project coordination, or administrative background, with experience in HSE or sustainability reporting highly regarded. A collaborative approach and genuine interest in contributing to governance and compliance outcomes are essential for this role. You should be able to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and work effectively across teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting aligned with the organization's goals.
