HSE Partner & Compliance Expert

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a highly skilled HSE Business Partner to join their esteemed team.

  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relevant to production/manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in auditing, risk assessment, and compliance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in partnering with senior management teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Knowledge of ISO14001/45001 standards and NEBOSH general certificate, IOSH, or other H&S industry-recognised qualifications.
  • Understanding of production processes and supply chain management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • IOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in conducting audits and developing action plans.
  • Training planning, organisation, and delivery.
  • Occupational Health Surveillance related to production workforce.
  • Display Screen Equipment assessments.
  • HAVS and COSHH management.

  • Leading fire drills and training sessions.
  • Managing external HSE specialists and consultants.
  • Staying informed about relevant HSE and welfare legislation.
