Seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Unit professional to lead our team at Canberra's premier hospital.

We require a dedicated and experienced individual with strong clinical/medical skills, able to effectively manage patient care in collaboration with intensivists, medical specialists, and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with patients, relatives, hospital staff, medical colleagues, and general practitioners.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • A minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience or 1 year plus intensive care/Emergency/Anaesthetic experience
  • The ability to intubate and demonstrate clinical competence in emergencies
