Key Information Security Role

This is a challenging role requiring expertise in information security to protect business assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the effectiveness of our Cyber Security Program.

The main duties include identifying and mitigating information security risks, as well as raising awareness and educating employees on cyber risk management practices.

  • Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and the central cybersecurity team.
  • Security Awareness Training: Participate in security awareness training initiatives.
  • Risk Assessment: Participate in risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Remediation Guidance: Communicate risk assessment findings and provide guidance on remediation activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISF Standard of Good Practice, NIST CSF, ISO27001, Essential Eight, SANS Top 20 Critical Security Controls, SOX, COBIT.

A Bachelor's degree in business information systems, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required. At least 3-5 years' experience in the field is preferred.

Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly valued.
