Overview:

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective healthcare compliance monitoring strategies to ensure regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent influencing and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement healthcare compliance monitoring strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Analyse data to inform compliance-related decisions and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or other similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
