About This Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled professional to support the analysis and performance of multiple healthcare real estate funds.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Fund Manager – Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial growth and supporting high-value activities across the fund's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts for portfolio performance analysis
  • Support capital management initiatives, including equity raisings and debt structuring, to optimize asset value
  • Assist with transactions, due diligence processes, and strategic asset planning to enhance portfolio optimisation
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders on portfolio performance and investment opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in real estate funds, investment analysis, or related fields
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability to drive data-driven decision making
  • Experience with fund-level analysis (healthcare sector experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail to deliver accurate results under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a lean team environment to achieve shared goals
