Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.


Responsibilities
  • Use our Guide Sales Process to connect customers with the right products.
  • Develop sales and customer service skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
  • Follow up on Quotes and Lead List communications to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
  • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay aligned with the team.
  • Make customer-focused decisions and do the right thing to create positive experiences.
  • Respond to phone calls and store emails with professionalism and helpfulness.
  • Assist with cases—support customers, document exchanges, and coordinate with inventory specialists.
  • Help with store opening/closing, operate Ascend POS, and complete end-of-day cash-up; wear professional attire and present oneself as a representative of the company.
