Commercial Leadership SpecialistAs a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across high-value programmes. Your expertise will shape the future of sustainable infrastructure.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead commercial activities, ensuring financial clarity and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Your skills will enable you to review tender packs, identify commercial risks, and develop cost control strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Commercial Leadership: Collaborate with planners, PMs, and client stakeholders to ensure financial clarity and drive commercial excellence.
- Project & Cost Management: Lead cost planning, estimating, and final cost plan presentation. Manage post-contract cost variances, valuations, and change control.
Key Skills:
- Strong financial modelling and commercial problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing and supply chain engagement abilities.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior QSs.
- Sector experience in water, environment, defence, or nuclear.
