The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to join our team as a Maritime and Coastal Engineer. As a key member of our Maritime Structures Team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that involve the design and construction of coastal infrastructure, including feasibility studies, condition assessments, and design of coastal structures.

You will work closely with clients to build strong relationships and expand our presence in the Maritime sector. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in mentoring and managing a small team of junior team members.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive technical experience in maritime structures and ports. You should be able to draw on strong engineering foundations to resolve technical challenges and have a desire to provide technical leadership to the Maritime and Coastal team.

Strong technical and numerical modelling skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate discipline-specific engineering concepts into language that can be understood by clients and colleagues. Experience with Strand7 and Spacegass or equivalent packages is highly regarded.
