Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to drive the integration of financial and operational risk systems. In this pivotal role, you will lead the transformation of our risk management practices, focusing on the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IDentify all financial and operational risk systems in use across the organization.
  • Assess and document integration opportunities across existing risk systems.
  • Spearhead the integration of risk systems, particularly the GRC platform.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in system integration or automation projects, preferably within risk or financial services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management systems and frameworks.
  • Experience with GRC platforms and/or enterprise risk tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
