Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and performance, driving continuous improvement and growth.">
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.">
  • 10+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in leadership roles.">
  • Strong technical knowledge of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.">
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.">
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).">
