Animation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Animation Specialist to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality construction animations that support major bid submissions and strategic presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in animation tools, strong understanding of construction sequencing and VDC principles, and excellent leadership skills. They will be able to lead the creation of high-resolution construction animations, develop animation strategies aligned with bid and project goals, collaborate with planners and engineers to visualize construction sequencing and logistics, establish governance frameworks and best practices for animation workflows, and mentor junior team members.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years of experience in 3D animation, with at least 3 years in construction or VDC environments. They will also have a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, and certifications in VDC, BIM, or animation software.
