Mental Health Support Specialist

Job Description:
As an Expert Mental Health Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality mental health services to mothers and infants up to 24 months. You will be responsible for delivering expert mental health support, leading clinical practice, conducting research, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A postgraduate qualification in a clinical health field, such as Social Work or Occupational Therapy, and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility to be a member of the AASW as a Social Worker are required. At least 5 years of experience in working with parents and families with infants experiencing severe and complex psychosocial and psychiatric problems is also necessary.
