Hotel Staff Wanted

We are looking for a professional to ensure our hotel's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleaning and presentation throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, prepare and maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to a high standard.
  • Restock supplies such as towels and amenities in a timely manner.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Licence to work in Australia without restrictions.
