We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager.
This is a full-time opportunity at Canberra Airport, working outside typical business hours. We require someone who is reasonably flexible with their availability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandise display and visual merchandising.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising plans and presentations that showcase products effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (desirable).
