Customer Experience Leader

The role involves supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, creating an engaging and seamless interaction with every customer.

You will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies, ensuring a consistent brand image and leveraging sales opportunities.

Motivating and coaching the team is key to meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, roster management and preparation of back-of-house administration.

This role requires experience in supervising teams, with a proven track record of delivering results in a similar retail context.

A successful candidate should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and empower others to achieve success, along with commercial acumen and attention to detail.

Familiarity with high stock volumes and stock management would be beneficial in this position.
