Leadership Opportunity: Clinical Manager for Home Health

  • Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a team of skilled clinicians in our Home Health office.

This leadership role involves guiding a team, driving quality care, and ensuring compliance with clinical and operational standards.

">Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to field nurses and therapists.

  • Oversee and manage OASIS/HCHB workflows, ensuring timely execution of care plans and compliance with regulations.

  • Conduct onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for new staff; offer regular coaching and professional development.

  • Handle clinical triage calls and provide informed guidance to staff and clients.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum 2 years of clinical experience.

  • Home Health field experience is required.

  • Hands-on OASIS experience is essential.
