Description: As a key player in our cross-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual experiences that drive user engagement and conversion. You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, designers, engineers, and content specialists to develop innovative solutions that empower every user to discover Canva and inspire them to create their next design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop user flows and wireframes that simplify the user experience and drive conversion.">
  • Work closely with engineers during implementation and review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, typography, and general experience are flawless and on-brand.">
  • Contribute to the discovery phase with user stories, research, competitor analysis, wireframes, user flows, etc., and help define the problem and solutions.">
  • Translate insights, data, and user research into prototypes to validate ideas with stakeholders and end users.">
  • Iterate and optimize pages and user flows for conversion, keeping in mind internationalization, CMS integration, accessibility, design system, mobile design, and various technical constraints and opportunities.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing landing pages and an excellent understanding of user behavior and how to drive conversion.">
  • Experience working iteratively and having a curiosity about conversion optimization, A/B testing, user testing, and using data to inform design decisions.">
  • Comfortable with the various acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, Social, etc.) and able to provide holistic, consistent, and performant solutions.">
  • Ability to articulate and collaborate with art direction and production teams if necessary.">
  • Comfortable with chaos and able to find solutions even without perfect precedents or direction, map out a path to clarity and execution, and ride through change like a boss.">
