Job Summary:

Clinical Nurse Consultants in Haematology are responsible for coordinating the care of patients undergoing Allogeneic Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (Allo-HSCT) at Calvary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the referral and admission process for patients requiring Allo-HSCT.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Foster effective communication between multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

About You:

  • You must be a Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with APRHA, and have extensive experience and knowledge of Haematology and Allo-HSCT applied in a mixed clinical environment.
  • A minimum of five years post-graduate nursing experience with 3 years specialty experience in Oncology/Haematology and a postgraduate qualification related to Oncology/Haematology is required.
