The Role

This leadership position requires experienced leaders to provide hands-on guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback on every aspect of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety.

  • Develop and roll-out significant projects to meet core objectives.
  • Invest in employer-of-choice strategies, learning and development, supervision, HR information systems, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Promote strong leadership aligned with our core values.
