We are redefining event-based social sharing with a privacy-focused virtual platform that captures, shares, and interacts in real-time at private and public events. With no tracking or targeted ads, our secure, engaging, and interactive experience incorporates features like private shared photo albums, social engagement tools, and facial recognition to enhance every event.

About This Role

This equity-based opportunity is ideal for a visionary leader with expertise in marketing, business development, and fundraising to shape the future of our company. As Co-Founder & Shareholder, you will take a leadership role in scaling our platform, securing investment, and driving strategic growth.

  • Market Strategy & Brand Positioning: Define our brand identity, audience segmentation, and go-to-market approach to position our company for success.
  • Growth & Customer Acquisition: Develop user acquisition & retention strategies to scale our platform and drive customer engagement.
  • Campaign Execution & Digital Engagement: Oversee paid advertising, content marketing, influencer outreach, and community-building initiatives to promote our brand and products.
  • Revenue Strategy & Monetization: Identify and implement monetization models, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Investor Readiness & Fundraising: Develop investor pitch decks, storytelling strategies, and lead fundraising efforts to secure investment and support growth.
  • Performance & Business Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing, product adoption, and business operations to achieve optimal results.
Requirements

We are seeking a proven professional with:

  • Experience in startup growth, business strategy, digital marketing, or investment/fundraising
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute and scale a tech-driven business
  • Experience in securing funding, investor relations, and business development
  • A deep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, results-driven, and committed to long-term success
Equity Structure & Compensation

This is a shareholder role with equity ownership (up to 25%), vested over time. Compensation is structured around company growth, revenue milestones, and funding success.

  • Equity Breakdown: 2-3% preference shares vested over 4 years (1-year cliff, quarterly vesting thereafter)
  • Additional 2% preference equity if significant funding ($300K+) is secured
