The role will involve planning, scheduling, and delivering programs, activities, outings, and services that contribute to improved health and wellbeing for older people in our area and surrounds.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage customers and support them in achieving their goals
- Plan and deliver programs, activities, outings, and services that promote health and wellbeing
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
- Evaluate and improve programs and services to ensure they are effective and meeting customer needs
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, community development)
- Experience: Proven experience in program coordination or a related field
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
