About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and refining end-to-end processes to optimize investment management capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, impact analysis documents, procedures, and user guides to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and issues in process design.
  • Analyse data to inform strategic decisions, drive process improvements, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, manage competing deadlines, and maintain open communication channels to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • IIBA or similar industry standard certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, transformation, and change management within financial services or a related sector.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, SIPOC, VSM).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
