Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Technician to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial window cleaning using elevated work platforms (EWP) and water fed poles is required.
  • Pressure cleaning and facade maintenance tasks must be completed safely and efficiently.
  • Rope access and BMU access methods should be used where necessary.
  • Clients' bookings must be catered to and safe work environments ensured at all times.
  • Excellent customer service skills with clients and other team members are essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial window cleaning is mandatory.
  • High-rise window cleaning experience is also required.
  • An abseiling license and experience are considered an advantage.
  • A current open driver's license is required.
  • Sales and good customer service skills are necessary.
  • Good communication skills are essential.

Benefits:

  • A higher hourly rate based on experience will be offered.
  • 20% commission for up-sales will be provided.
  • 10% commission for closed business deals will be given.
