About the Role

The Nurse Unit Manager oversees and coordinates clinical services, upholding best practice standards and patient-centric care. This leader collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to drive operational leadership and manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate clinical services in the Day Surgery Unit
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive operational leadership
  • Manage human, material, and financial resources
  • Support clinical governance and apply expert knowledge
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree qualification in Nursing or equivalent
  • Current nursing registration through a reputable authority
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification highly regarded
What We Offer:
  • A competitive remuneration package of up to $164,212 p.a.
  • An hourly rate between $66.85 - $72.58 p.h.
  • Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%
  • Leave loading of 17.5%
