The Position
Join our diverse and welcoming team in Townsville as an Occupational Therapist, working full-time or part-time (minimum 0.6, 22.8hrs). You will collaborate locally with colleagues nationally while maintaining the flexibility to work from home, structuring your day to suit your needs, family life, personal preference, and caseload to achieve success in your role.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assessment and intervention services focusing on Fine and Gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, sensory processing, daily living skills, and adaptive equipment/minor home modifications
- Deliver evidence-based practices and strategies to effect lasting change
Essential Requirements:
- A qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for AHPRA Registration
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues
- A flexible approach to working with diverse clients and their families, tailoring services to meet individual needs
- Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle
Benefits Package
You will be rewarded with an attractive salary, negotiable up to $113,000 plus superannuation. Additionally, you will receive a professional development allowance of $4000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time), vehicle allowance for travel costs, a phone, laptop, and printer for work purposes, access to assessment and therapy tools, regular clinical supervision, ongoing access to professional coaching and support, an Employee Assistance Program to support wellbeing, 17.5% Leave Loading, professional indemnity insurance, and corporate services prioritising administrative tasks centrally.
