Expert Occupational Therapy Specialist Wanted for Flexible Part-Time Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at a private hospital in Brisbane. As an Occupational Therapy Specialist, you will work closely with patients to maximise their occupational performance and independence.

  • Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services to patients across various diagnostic groups, primarily within the rehabilitation ward
  • Assist with patient treatment across medical, surgical, and CCU wards, adopting a client-centred approach
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and optimal functional outcomes
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development within the Occupational Therapy Department
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and students

Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Postgraduate experience recommended
  • Excellent clinical practice skills in rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
