Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis leader.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and uplifting the FP&A capability across the group, leading month-end reporting and forecasting processes, and partnering with senior leaders to shape decisions.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in using FP&A tools beyond Excel, prioritization and project management, and experience in commercial finance or FP&A, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and uplift FP&A capability across the group

  • Lead month-end reporting and forecasting processes

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape decisions

  • Translate complex financials into meaningful insights that drive results

  • Lead budgeting, scenario modeling, business case development, and investment analysis

  • Support strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and performance improvement efforts

  • Drive and influence process improvement across finance

  • Play a critical role in systems development and rollout over time

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness

  • Advanced skills in using FP&A tools beyond Excel

  • Prioritization and project management skills
