About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Despatch Loader at our Kings Park facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, quality checking, and packing items for delivery.

This role involves manual lifting, so it is essential that you practice safe manual handling techniques to ensure your own safety and the safety of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all vehicles are in a safe, well-maintained, clean, and tidy condition.
  • Secure all items on the back of trucks and trailers before travel.
  • Practice good hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Complete all paperwork and check sheets as required and on time.
  • Contribute to good housekeeping at the branch.
  • Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices.
  • Assist with loading and unloading the truck.
  • Comply with location requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in's, or other processes and procedures.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate safe manual handling techniques and a positive work ethic. You will also need to be interested in processing to a driving role in the future.

The ideal candidate will possess a construction white card, medical consent, a commitment to workplace health and safety practices, and a forklift license.

About the Opportunity

This is a morning and afternoon shift position located at our Kings Park facility in NSW.
